Tilla Ltd (FI25641816) sells products to private persons of legal age. Product prices include VAT (value added tax). Tilla LTD retain right to change prices and terms and conditions.
Ordering
Products are ordered from the webshop by choosing products to the shopping cart and paying the products at the cashier service. Customers are expected to be acquainted with valid terms and conditions. After successful order, a confirmation is sent to customers via email. Confirmation emails and shipping require that email address and phone number are given when ordering.
Payment methods
Checkout payment transmission transfers payment to the webshop keeper (Tilla Ltd). In Finland all legal banks are accepted. In addition ,credit card, mobile, invoice – and partial payment option are available at the cashier service. Credit card payment is the only available payment method for customers outside Finland. Checkout is a safe payment method. The service is part of Financial supervisory authority’s managed payment institution registry. Checkout is a service managed by Checkout Finland Oy (FI21966066).
Shipping costs
Packaging and shipping costs are fixed. Price up to 3kg is 7€ and packages above 3kg and up to 10kg are 9€ when shipping in Finland. Shipping costs are automatically added at the cashier service to your invoice. Orders above 90€ are free of charge when shipping in Finland. The shipping costs to various countries are shown in a below table. Orders outside European Union, the customer is responsible for all other costs, eg. customs clearance and any taxes according to the local legislation

Delivieries
The order is shipped as soon as possible, mostly within 24 hours from ordering. In Finland Posti/Matkahuolto will deliver the notice of arrival, collection is from the closest post office/collecting point. Delivery time is at the most 7 working days in Finland. In other countries the delivery time can be seen in the table above. Tilla Oy is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or for incidental, indirect and consequential damages due to delay. Deviations in delivery times will be informed on the front page of the web shop.
Return policy
According to Finnish consumer protection legislation, customers have a right to return or change their order within 14 days from receiving the order. The changed and returned products must be unused and in the original packaging. If a customer wishes to change or return products, please contact info@solheds.com first for the instructions. Please attach customer name, contact details and bank account details for receiving the refund. Online shop does not cover the costs of the shipping of the returned products.
In case of reclamation
The online shop is liable for defects in the sold products according to the applicable law. Please contact the customer support of the online shop immediately in a case of reclamation. Attach picture and describe the defect, inform whether you wish to return the product, refund or new replacement of the defect product and in case of refund, include your bank details.
