Description

Derma16 is a proven effective, broad-spectrum antimicrobial and water-repellent wound cream made from pure, natural ingredients for tthe management of skin problems in horses and dogs, particularly under challenging wet conditions such as outdoor or open stable environments. Derma16 reduces harmful microbial load and is suitable for conditions such as mud fever, pastern dermatitis, paw infections and other inflamed or damaged skin areas.

The antimicrobial effect of Derma16 reduces harmful microbial load and helps prevent the spread of skin damage. The water-repellent cream protects damaged skin from moisture and forms a protective yet breathable surface. Derma16 does not form a tight, occlusive film over the skin that could reduce oxygen access and create oxygen-depleted conditions.

Derma16 supports skin renewal with omega-3, -6, -7 and -9 fatty acids. The fatty acids condition the skin and soften hardened areas, scabs and dry skin. Derma16 therefore combines antimicrobial action, reduction of harmful microbial load, skin care and protection against moisture in one product – without creating an occlusive surface on the skin.

Derma16 is particularly suited to the wet season, for example for skin problems in the horse’s pastern area and paw infections in dogs, where the skin is repeatedly exposed to moisture.

Treating skin inflammation requires consistent daily treatment. Treat the affected areas consistently every day and continue treatment for long enough.

Directions for use: Massage Derma16 cream into clean, dry skin 1–2 times daily. We recommend antiseptic Derma1 Skin Care Shampoo for cleansing the skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Shake well before use. Treat consistently every day.
